[SET COMMENTS]
With its middling Speed boosted by Agility, Kingler can use its sky-high Attack to sweep through weakened teams. Crabhammer serves as a spammable STAB move; when boosted by Life Orb, it OHKOes common foes like Emolga, offensive Grumpig, Persian, and unboosted Arbok. X-Scissor targets Grass-types, 2HKOing Meganium and Swords Dance Leafeon and 3HKOing cleric Leafeon. Additionally, with Life Orb it almost always OHKOes bulky variants of Grumpig. Rock Slide pressures Flying-types, and when boosted by Sheer Force and Life Orb it OHKOes offensive Pelipper variants and 2HKOes defensive Pelipper and Vullaby. It also 3HKOes Frillish, which resists or is immune to all of Kingler's other moves. 252 Speed EVs make Kingler just fast enough to outspeed Choice Scarf Simisear after using Agility.

Kingler best fits on offense teams looking for an endgame cleaner. Given that its physical bulk is average and its special bulk is extremely poor, it will likely only get one opportunity to set up, and thus it should generally be kept in the back until its checks are removed or sufficiently weakened. Hyper offense teams can instead use Kingler as more of a mid-game wallbreaker, notably with dual screens support from Mr. Mime to help it set up against more foes, though this set's lack of Swords Dance means it has a tendency to struggle against many walls and tanks. Frillish is Kingler's hardest wall, only being 3HKOed by Rock Slide, so Knock Off users like Persian and Clefairy are very useful, as they can lure it in and remove its Eviolite, letting it be 2HKOed by Kingler. Knock Off also cripples other troublesome foes like physically defensive Clefairy and Shelgon. Most Grass-types beat Kingler one-on-one, so checks to them like Emolga and Muk work well with it. Offensive teammates that can lure checks to Kingler, like Ice Gem Raichu against Meganium and Bite Persian against Frillish, can remove or weaken Kingler's checks, paving the way for it to sweep. Chip damage, such as Steath Rock set up by Solrock and Lairon, U-turn and Volt Switch from pivots like Emolga and Pikachu, and Fake Out from Persian or Mienfoo, helps Kingler considerably in getting its checks into KO range.

Given that its physical bulk is average and its special bulk is extremely poor, it will likely only get one opportunity to set up, and thus it should generally be kept in the back until its checks are removed or sufficiently weakened. Hyper offense teams can instead use Kingler as more of a mid-gane wallbreaker, notably with dual screens support to help it set up against more foes, though this set's lack of Swords Dance gives it the tendency to struggle against many walls and tanks. Frillish is Kingler's hardest wall, only being 3HKOed by Rock Slide, so Knock Off users like Persian and Emolga are very useful, as they can lure in and remove its Eviolite, letting it be 2HKOed by Kingler. Knock Off also cripples other troublesome matchups like physically defensive Clefairy and Shelgon. Most Grass-types beat Kingler one-on-one, so checks to them like Emolga and Muk work well. Chip damage, whether it be Steath Rocks set up by Solrock and Lairon, U-turn and Volt Switch from pivots like Emolga and Pikachu, and Fake Out from Persian or Mienfoo, helps Kingler considerably in getting its checks into KO range. Spikers like Shelmet, though exceptionally hard to fit on teams, can also aid Kingler in this regard. Looks good. I would consider adding a section on Pokemon that can break checks together. Ex: Ice Gem Raichu can lure Meganium, while Bite Persian can directly threaten Frillish, especially with a Knock.

Hyper offense teams can instead use Kingler as more of a mid-ganme wallbreaker, notably with dual screens support to help it set up against more foes, though this set's lack of Swords Dance gives it the tendency to struggle against many walls and tanks. Frillish is Kingler's hardest wall, only being 3HKOed by Rock Slide, so Knock Off users like Persian and Emolga are very useful (I dont think Frillish is going to sit up in front of Emolga... I would say to put Clefairy here as this could be more likely), as they can lure in and remove its Eviolite, letting it be 2HKOed by Kingler. Knock Off also cripples other troublesome matchups like physically defensive Clefairy and Shelgon. Most Grass-types beat Kingler one-on-one, so checks to them like Emolga and Muk work well.
