Since Battle Bond Wishiwashi doesn't have Schooling it won't have School Form in the first place.

Rocket-Delibird
Stats
: 45/80 (+25)/45/65/55 (+10)/150 (+75)
Trigger: Use and successfully land Present, doesn't matter if it healed or did damage.
Type: Normal/Flying
Buffed Move: Present: Always does 120 power; 100 acc.
Description: Team Rocket's Delibird is the best Delibird and always delivers the packages. One day it delivered a package and discovered its true Forme.... To deliverer even more packages twice as fast!
Competitive Analysis: Land Present, become cool. Hold Focus Sash so you don't die, and then just land 120 BP Presents. You also get STAB Rapid Spin if that's cool. Your also super fast now so don't worry bout mons outspending you.

There were actually 3 wishiwashi submissions before you said that x)
Incorrect, people added them to their submissions which had empty slots.

Anyhow, its time to vote! Same voting system as Megas For All. Pick 3, first gets 3 points, second gets 2, last gets 1, and you can put yourself as second or third if you want. (For Smeargle, its pretty much a tiebreaker as there's only two of them.)

That's it for voting! Here are the winners.
Gojiratar with their Lana-Wishiwashi! It received 10 voting points overall.
My Soul-Shedinja! It received 10 voting points overall.
Yung Dramps with their Leonardo-Smeargle! It received 12 voting points overall.
And for
Delibird, its a three way draw between me, Yung Dramps and Exploudit, all with 6 vote points overall. To anyone that didn't vote this slate, you may vote for the winner before this Sunday.

Anyhows, this week's slate shall be...

Totem Tragedy
These are the four Totem Pokémon from this generation (excluding Wishiwashi) that ended up in NU or below. Feel free to suggest slate ideas alongside your two submissions!

(Oh also I had the spreadsheet accidentally privated before, now its available again)

Ilima-Raticate
Stats: 125 (+50) / 121 (+50) / 80 (+10) / 40 / 80 / 77
Trigger: Getting a K.O.
Type: Dark/Normal
Buffed Move: Super Fang: Heals for 100% of damage dealt
Description: Being a Totem is a tiring job, so this Raticate is used to eating a lot. When it gets a bite of a fallen foe, however, its stomach somehow doubles in size, giving it a terrifyingly large appetite.
Competitive Analysis: A good bulky attacker with a decent Speed stat. It has a variety of possibly decent sets, including Choice Scarf, Choice Band, and Swords Dance + Z move. For a standard set, I would think that Darkinium Z with Swords Dance, Crunch, Return and Super Fang would be good. Substitute is also a very viable option.

Sophocles-Vikavolt
Stats: 77 / 70 / 120 (+30) / 185 (+40) / 115 (+40) / 43
Trigger: Getting a K.O.
Type: Bug/Electric
Buffed Move: Charge Beam: 100% Chance to boost Sp.Atk, never misses
Description: Sophocles' Totem Vikavolt isn't actually his strongest Vikavolt. He secretly owns a Vikavolt that, upon absorbing the energy of a fallen foe, can somehow electroplate its own armour. Because of this electroplating, Vikavolt has a much stronger current flowing through it, as well as better protection from attacks.
Competitive Analysis: Don't let this thing get a K.O.. After the transformation, Vikavolt is able to take neutral hits comfortably and Roost them off while also having a decently reliable way to boost its already terrifying damage output. The best sets will probably use either Leftovers, Z-Crystals or Choice Specs. While it doesn't have the surprise factor that many other mons will due to the obvious lack of Levitate, it will still be a humongous threat in any tier if allowed to get its form change successfully. An idea for a set is Leftovers with Charge Beam, Bug Buzz, Energy Ball and Roost.

Pokemon:

Battle Bond Name: Mallow-Lurantis
Stats:
80 Hp (+10)/150 Atk (+45)/90 Def (+0)/80 SpA (+0)/90 SpD (+0)/100 Spe (+55)
Trigger: Getting a K.O.
Typing: Grass
Move Buffed: Solar Blade: No longer has to charge. This move ignores resistances.
Description: Mallow's strongest 'mon returns for revenge, and thanks to its Battle Bond form, literally nothing can switch into a buffed solar blade.
Competitive: It will probably have a hard time to active its Battle Bond form due to all steel 'mons of OU, but if it succesfully activates it, you would just click Swords Dance and Buffed Leaf Blade to sweep :)

Pokemon:

Battle Bond Name: Jenny-Gumshoos
Stats:
90 Hp (+2)/153 Atk (+43)/60 Def (+0)/55 SpA (+0)/60 SpD (+0)/110 Spe (+65)
Trigger: Getting a K.O.
Typing: Normal
Move Buffed: Hyper Fang: 100 Bp. Never fails and has a 60 % to make the opponent flinch.
Description: Since it joined to Officer Jenny's patrol, its power grew slowly and now, finally, got a Battle Bond form to help her beatimg criminals.
Competitive: The same as Mallow-Lurantis, it will usually have a hard time to activate its form due to the OU steel 'mons, but then, well, good luck trying to not get flinched by a buffed Hyper Fang.

awesome gaming
Pokemon: Vikavolt
Battle Bond Name: Sophocles-Vikavolt
Base Stats: 77 / 100 (+30) / 90 / 145 / 90 (+15) / 108 (+65)
Typing: Electric/Flying
Move Buffed: Zap Cannon
Move Stats: 100 BP, 100% accurate, 20% chance to paralyze foe
Battle Bond Origin: Sophocles trained his Vikavolt in order to patch up the one thing it lacked in: Speed! It can now fly a lot faster and higher. Vikavolt enters it's Battle Bond state upon being hit with a STAB Electric move.

Pokemon: Gumshoos
Battle Bond Name: Ilima-Gumshoos
Base Stats: 128 (+40) / 150 (+40) / 90 (+30) / 55 / 60 / 45
Typing: Normal
Move Buffed: Frustration
Move Stats: 110 BP, Raises Attack by 2 if enemy is KOed with move
Battle Bond Origin: Gumshoos is very angery. Activates Battle Bond after being hit for more than 35% damage.

Sophocles-Vikavolt

Base Stats: 77 HP / 74 Atk (+4) / 90 Def / 147 SpA (+2) / 75 SpD / 147 Spe (+104)
Battle Bond Activation: Use a pivoting move. U-turn, Volt Switch or Parting Shot.
Buffed Move: Electroweb
Move Changes: 80 BP. Traps foe along with its other effects.
Rationale: Sophocles summons a Vikavolt to fight the SM player at the trial, so its pretty fitting!
Competitive: Honestly, all it needed was speed, and that was exactly what I gave it! With great STAB coverage and a much better Speed tier this thing just becomes the monster it always wanted to be.

Trump-Gumshoos
Base Stats
: 88/120 (+10)/110 (+50)/55/110 (+50)/45
Battle Bond Activation: Land Pursuit
Buffed Move: Pursuit
Move Changes: 80 BP. Forces foe to randomly switchout if they were going to switch. Still doubles power. Becomes Normal type.
Rationale: It's obvious, isn't it?
Competitive: Gumshoos is now the wall it should be. It's pursuit is now extremely good too, harshly punishing anyone tyran switch out by hitting them HARD and forcing them to random switch instead.

by land pursuit, do you mean deal damage with the move at all or successfully hit something as it switches?

I did think of making Gumshoos a phaser myself, so I like the idea.

Pokemon: Alolan Raticate

Battle Bond Name
: Ilmia-Raticate

Base Stats
: 125 (+50)/111 (+40)/70/40/100 (+20)/77

Typing
: Normal/Dark

Move Buffed
: Hyper Fang

Move Stats: Now recycles the user’s berry in addition to other effects.

Activation:
When Alolan Raticate eats a berry, the joy at eating something so delicious transforms it.

Battle Bond Origin: Ilmia occasionally uses an Alolan Raticate as the Totem pokemon for his trial. It loves delicious treats and upon eating, it will become more powerful and it gains the ability to search its opponents for more ingredients for its next meal.

Pokemon: Vikavolt

Battle Bond Name
: Sophocles-Vikavolt

Base Stats
: 77/90 (+20)/110 (+20)/145/75/113 (+70)

Typing: Bug/Electric

Move Buffed
: Charge Beam

Move Stats
: BP lowered to 20 and chance of raising special attack reduced to 20%, but hits once for each conscious pokemon in Sophocles-Vikavolt’s party that does not have a status condition in addition to other effects.

Activation:
When Vikavolt ends its turn with a field effect (such as a terrain, a hazard, a screen, a room or tailwind) active, it transforms in thanks to its friends for their help and to promise to help them in return.

Battle Bond Origin
: Sophocles uses a Vikavolt in his trial. It is used to teaming up with fellow pokemon and especially taking advantage of Charjabug’s ability. When Vikavolt feels camaraderie with its friends, by encountering an effect that affects the field, it transforms, gaining the speed it is claimed to have in pokedex entries, some of the attack power its pre-evolution used, extra toughness and the ability to use its friends for an attack of great power that soups up its stats.

Skull-Raticate
Stats: 105(+30)/111(+40)/70/40/80/117(+40)
Trigger: Getting a KO
Type: Dark
Buffed Move: Pursuit l 60 BP l 100% l Traps Foe after landing a hit
Description: Team Skull have decided to get help to buff their pokemon (mainly their Raticates). These buffed up Raticates can take new forms. Dropping their normal typing and gaining speed and Hp, they are superior to their other form.
Competitive Analysis: Being faster and stronger after transforming, you should always want to get to this form ASAP. Otherwise, you just going to have non-beef up Raticate. The only way to get this form is to get a KO which may be a little difficult due to its low firepower.
