Yeah I noticed the problem. Its Mega Spirit ability will do too much, as Wiggly Song will make it a mixed sweeper with too much potential. I will rethink about the Ability to make it at least much less broken.

EDIT: I changed the Mega Spirit so that it simply unaffected by Paralysis and Sleep, no more. It can still sweep properly, but still needs to set up at the right time, because it shall not risk setting up against those whom already setted up or against a threat.
i personally would have preferred the opposite, removing Wiggly Song but keeping the Mega Spirit boost

Pokemon: Walrein-Aqua
Based on:

Stats:
110/80/90/95/90/65 (530) (unchanged)
Abilities: Affection Bond (Gives Endure effect one time per battle. Removes status effects every 3 turns.)
Type: Water
New Signature Move: Hydro Reverse (based on the TCG move)
Type: Water
Classification: Special
Power: 1 to 85 (Happiness divided by 3)
PP: 20 (max 32)
Effect: Every PP spent increases Walrein-Aqua's SpA by +1. Max +6.
Commentary: Walrein-Aqua becomes a sorta special water-type Curselax. With access to Stockpile and an un-Tauntable move that increases SpA, it can be a bulky set-up sweeper. If you can time Affection Bond correctly, the status removal affects Rest so Sleep Talk isn't needed. Walrein can finally get reliable recovery. A pure support set is also viable, with Rest being Walrein's reliable recovery every 3 turns.
Pokemon: Mimikyu-Rocket-GX
Based on:

Stats:
55/90/80/50/105/96 (476)
Ability: Affection Bond (Gives Endure effect one time per battle. Removes status effects every 3 turns.)
Type: Fairy/Ghost
New Signature Move: Rag Rage
Type: Ghost
Classification: Physical
Power: from 1 to 85 (Happiness/3)
PP: 15 (24)
Effect: 20% chance to lower opponent's Speed by 1.
New Signature Z-Move: Disguised Destiny
Type: Ghost
Classification: Physical
Power: 180
Effect: Deals damage and applies Destiny Bond to opponent.
Required Move: Rag Rage
Commentary: New Ghost move with higher BP and good effect benefits Mimikyu a little, but it gets more than that. Endure effect lets it set up without much worry, like Disguise. Affection Bond gets rid of status sometimes though, which normal Mimikyu is weak to. If timed correctly, Mimikyu's new signature Z move can prevent the opponent from getting the GX knock-out heal. It can use 2 Signature Z-Moves in a set without Z-crystals, so it's a scary attacker.
Pokemon: Hippowdon-LV.X
Based on:

Stats:
108/132/118/58/72/37 (525, -10 SpA, -10 Spe, +20 Atk)
LV.X Stats: 148/132/118/58/72/37 (565, +40 HP)
Abilities: Sand Stream/Sand Force
Type: Ground/Fighting
Added Moves: Circle Throw, Reversal, Close Combat, Belly Drum
Commentary: The bulk on this thing is surreal. STAB Circle Throw allows it to shuffle better than with Whirlwind. Increased attack, Fighting STAB and Belly Drum make it a possible offensive threat. LV.X allows it to get rid of Toxic or burns any one time, and it can heal from Belly Drum without wasting a turn.
Pokemon: Regigigas-EX
Based on:

Stats: 110/170/130/80/130/100 (720, +10 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpD)
New Signature Ability: Slow But Steady - Speed is halved but heals 1/16th HP per turn.
Type: Normal
New Signature Move: Rainbow Lariat
Based on:

Type: Normal
Classification: Physical
Power: 80
PP: 15 (24)
Effect: Deals 20 extra damage for every Owner, SP or Plasma Pokémon you have in your party.
Z-Move Power: 160
Commentary: A beast with the same BST as Arceus. Unfortunately it has basically base 50 speed. Either way, it has 170 base attack and a STAB move that can reach up to 180 BP and no downsides.

Pokemon: Vileplume-Delta
Based On:
upload_2017-11-29_19-35-43.png

Stats: Unchanged
New Abilities: Chlorophyll/Effect Spore
New Type: Ghost/Steel
Added Moves: Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Shadow Sneak, Will-O-Wisp, Destiny Bond, Spirit Shackle, Nasty Plot
Commentary: A bulky status trapper and a Nasty Plot Sun Sweeper

Wait I have a question. There are three Delta Latias and Latios cards, one of which on each is dual Electric/Steel, and the other Latias cards being fire and the other Latios cards being water. (I checked and it was just Delta) so if one of them gets in, could it be possible to submit the other ones? Asking this cause another user made winning subs on one of the two on each.

Oh we’re allowed to do cards not yet released in English?
Yes

This pet mod seems fun, I'll give it a try.

Banette-ex

Stats:
HP: 64
Attack: 132 (+17)
Defense: 65
Sp. Attack: 83
Sp. Defense: 84 (+21)
Speed: 77 (+12)
Ability: Shady Move (The Pokémon's damaging moves inflict embargo on the target.)
Signature Move: Shadow Chant
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100
Type: Ghost
PP: 15
Categories: Physical
Description: "The user calls upon a horde of spirits to terrorize the foe, making the foe attack last on the next turn."

Description: Banette-ex loves to disrupt the opponent. Banette-ex's ability allows it to lower a foe's offensive capabilities or rid it of leftovers recovery, while its attack is a reliable physical Ghost move that also delays the target's next attack. This makes Banette-ex very annoying to switch into, although it isn't very threatening otherwise. Banette-ex has bad bulk, low speed when the opponent isn't afflicted by Shadow Chant, and no boosting options to speak of. Even so, Banette-ex can have a place as a nice physical Ghost-type with some unique qualities to allow it to stand out.

suggestion: allow delta cards to have new abilities, but only if they're clones of one of their old abilities. Because with the rules like this, Delta starters can't get Overgrow clones for their new types, which makes me sad.

Pokemon:
Snorlax-Delta
Based on: (Name or picture of the card)

Stats: 160/110/65/65/110/30 (540)
New Abilities: Corrosion / Thick Fat / Gluttony (Hidden)
New Type: Poison/Normal
Added Moves: Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Clear Smog, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench
Deltalax has drastically increased defense and support capabilities. Not only that, but it's the bulky user that Corrosion always wanted, able to put pressure onto Steel-types and other Poison-types simply by being on a team.

Pokemon: Omastar-Delta
Based on:

Stats: 70/60/125/115/70/55 (495)
New Abilities: Swift Swim / Cursed Body / Weak Armor (Hidden)
New Type: Ghost/Water
Added Moves: Shadow Ball
Basically Omastar without those pesky weaknesses it gets from Rock holding it back.

Pokemon: Bellossom-Delta
Based on:

Stats: 75 / 80 / 95 / 90 / 100 / 50
New Abilities: Drizzle | Triage (HA)
New Type: Water
Added Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Waterfall, Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Recover, Draining Kiss, Nasty Plot, Earth Power
Potentials: Allows Bellossom to be one of the viable rain setters despite its slow speed. Triage will give Recover, Strength Sap, Giga Drain or Draining Kiss more recovery utility, especially after a Nasty Plot. Unlike Pelipper, Bellossom can boost its Special Attack with the aforementioned Nasty Plot, and even Special Defense and especially Speed with Quiver Dance.

Edit Note: I originally want to make a Palkia-EX submission, but Ubers cannot be submitted in this metagame since it will be exclusively OU. This is sad since Palkia is one of the least viable in the Uber tier...

wait really? where does it say?
I told him that in Discord. Guess I should update the OP lol
Ubers can be submitted but it's ultimately an OU pet mod. If you make an Ubers Pokemon less broken or change its niche, it can be submitted just fine. At one point even some D Rank Ubers mons will probably be unbanned because of the powercreep. Buffing them further could get troublesome though.
