Did you read where it was hidden power grass? Not every rotom has to be a washing machine. Hidden power grass would be a superior option over one more iv in special attack.

Would you clone my modest hp grass rotom (31/even/31/30/31/31) for that riolu holding a leftovers or mewtwo mega stone x? It isn't ev trained, but I can do that quickly if need be.

I'm not sure what to recommend but you have 3 members on your team with a quad weakness to ice. Maybe replace Alakazam or Landorous with someone like a specially defensive Jirachi with paraflinch?

Considering a lot of your team is weak to grass attacks I think adding Scizor for Terrakion would be a good idea. It also gives you a priority move user to hit something that already set up, plus has a resistance to grass

That move was my attempt at fixing the hail problem. However, Abomasnow KOs Heatran with Earthquake, and if I switch in Shedinja, the CPU switches to Mamoswine.
