Welp. Slowbro gets demolished by Gothitelle, who traps and kos with thunderbolt, but yeah I see your point. Jolly Gyarados has a speed tier that at +1 I think it outspeeds mega lop and friends. Not really sure, instinctually I just go to jolly lol :P Am testing this changes right now ^_^
