I've never hosted anything before. I'd be happy to help, but before I do what would I be expected to do. Just since I've never hosted I'd like to make sure I am not unexpectedly taking on responsibilities. I'm assuming it is just mostly making sure matches have happened and confirming results?

Nice to hear! I’ve ran a tournament on a different site before so I’m fairly confident I can do most of it by myself and don’t want to put anything unnecessary on you. What you would do is create the brackets each round, since R8 told me people with a badge can use the smogon bracketmaker, which is something used to generate pairings. So you would match the teams facing off, and then the players on those teams.
