If we can do a couple hours earlier, that would be ideal. 3pm your time would be 10pm for me and I need to wake up very early for work every day. So around 1 pm your time would be ideal for me, or even earlier

So I have school from 7:15 AM Until 2:15 PM Mon-Friday, so unless it is on a weekend then It has to be after 2pm at the very least.
