Ok i have an Eevee bred for ya in ultra ball, timid nature, and 5iv up ice spread. Speed is pretty good, not fantastic. Want the speed to be fantastic?

Ok, I bred an Eevee with the following IV spread: 31/29/31/31/31/30, which still gets ya HP Ice. I can keep going for the the 5IV version if you want.

I think the last one is fine. But if you can get an HP Ice Spread with 0 atk, that would be fantastic. The defense can be whatever. I won't mind wasting a bottle cap for that.
