I love your art design for CAP22! It fits a Fairy/Fighting type beautifully. Although it does look a little slow, the fact that a knight hops around on the board makes it fast. For Parting Shot justification, you could say that moving a knight out of the way for a piece behind the knight to check the opponent's king is like using Parting Shot: lowering the opponents offenses and removing the user to safety.
I don't feel the need to post in the art thread, so I'll tell you here. I absolutely love your art concept for CAP 20, and I much prefer your second design (the more simple one, but with the watery body). I feel like its simplicity makes it stand out from the other submissions in a very, very good way. If I were you, I would stick with the old design - unless the majority disagrees with me. :D
