Trading Arceus/Hoopa for shiny Latias

I got a level 100 Arceus and a lvl 50 Hoopa that I don't want and my absolute fav pokemon is Latias. I've been searching for shiny Latias for so long now and I would be so happy if someone could trade it to me. My FC is 5258-2345-6474

Smogon Simple Questions/Suggestions

I have a little question, I'm making a new team for battle maison in oras, but I can't choose Nature and item for my haxorus. I'm choosing between Adamant+choice scarf or jolly+choice band. What are your thoughts?
