Sassy works in RU. And if fully invested you only lose 2 HP at 100.
I didn't see any significant changes between perfect and flawed when plugging into the damage calculator with RU mons.
I'd keep if for personal use.
I know Xen has a 31/31/31/30/31/3-4 Sassy Diancie (cause I have one ;p).

I don't know if I need to ask this here or somewhere else, but I want to RNG old Event Pokémon I never picked up from the delivery man in Black and I was wondering what method and encounter type Event Pokémon are? I thought it was the Standard Seed IV and Gift Pokémon, but trying to find videos for it seems hard.

I need someone to catch a female Ferroseed in a Premier Ball for me. Nature is preferably Brave (not required) and IVs do not matter. It can be caught in Generation IV or transferred from Generation V.
Reason: it is very hard to catch in Generation VI and I cannot transfer from Generation V right now. I'll evolve it to make sure it has normal ability.

I can catch you one from the friend safari. Deposit something in the gts asking for level 30 ferroseed and post on my profile with the info of the pokemon you deposited.
Be careful you don't catch a HA one though.
